Complex openings have been simplified and made much faster with the addition of special systems of tooling. Regular requirements of drilling machines, bench grinders, fly presses and Cimotec folding machines are neatly laid out in the shop floor to aid speedy processing.

More importantly, a good number of innovative fixtures, clamps and jigs are used at various steps of processing with a range of work-holders, which greatly contribute to the quality, reliability and cost of the switchboards.

WELDING

High-grade welding machines and jigs contribute to giving excellent finish to its products making Load Controls Switchboards very aesthetic. The welding facilities presently include MIG/CO2 welding, Stud welding machines and ARC welding machines.

COATING / PLATING OF PANELS

The state-of-the-art Powder Coating facility of our dedicated in-house vendor is closely monitored by our in-house quality engineers, keeping in mind the customers’ expectation of an excellent, durable and reliable Powder Coated finish.

The Powder Coating process is preceded by a 7 Tank pre-treatment of the metal under consideration, which will make the surface receptive to powder coating. The conversion of a ferrous metal surface to zinc phosphate is generally aimed at, to achieve maximum corrosion protection and adhesion.

Zinc plating / Electro galvanizing offers one of the best corrosion protections for steel. Bright zinc plating is generally done to improve the aesthetic appearance of the plating and the yellow passivation or golden passivation gives the maximum corrosion protection. For the interior hardware assemblies of switchgear panels, the plating also forms a good electrically conducting base, facilitating earthing.

FOAM GASKETING

Load Controls have the destiny of being one of the first panel builders in South India who have indroduced foam gasketing with German technology to enhance the IP protection of their switchboards. This is done on the Sondarhoff CNC Gasketing machine with tremendous advantages of ensuring 100% dust and vermin proof protection for the switchboards.

Systematic assembly line, handled by our technicians and specialists guarantees quality products, along with personnel / operator safety.

Our technicians are well trained, so that utmost care is taken in assembling and wiring the switchgear’s controls. Our specialists have taken care to design each panel, keeping in mind site-requirements and flexibility to house the components in a compact manner, so as to have enough space inside the switchboards.
