  • ISO 9001-2008: Load Controls is accredited with the prestigious ISO 9001-2008 certification as of 2012, for design, manufacture, supply, and servicing of Modular Switchboards and Control Panels and Enclosure Systems. Periodic audits are conducted, non-conformities noted, root cause analysis conducted and corrective actions initiated in a systematic manner. Amendments to the processes are done on a need basis to keep the processes optimal, simple, and effective.
  • ERP: To prepare for the future and systematize further, Load Controls has launched onto the evaluation of Enterprise Resource Planning software. The aim is to implement the most suited ERP and extensively train to boost our ability to deliver quality work. Ultimately these steps enable Load Controls to become the best choice for the Customer.
  • Design Tools: Do it right the first time, do it fast and do it in the most cost-effective manner is the bottom line. Design tools come into play at the estimation level and are involved in the selection of the Bill of Materials to the Single Line Drawings to Control Circuit Drawings and to the General Arrangement Drawings of the Panels. Load Controls is in the process of further enhance these design tools, to serve our customers better.
  • Computerization: Load Controls has more than 60 desktops and 20 Laptops, all connected through our internal Server which also hosts this web site. The office works are connected via a wireless network. Our communication infrastructure ensures a seamless interface with our Customers.
  • TOC Methodology: Load Controls follows the ‘”Theory of Constraints” methodology in their paradigm of working. Efforts are aligned to prepare panel kits first and only then start assembly. Constraints in production are identified & the 5 step TOC approach renders our execution amazingly fast, well-coordinated and leads to customer delight.
  • At Load Controls we believe that our people are our biggest differentiators. This is why we walk the extra mile to have an active HR Department to ensure a balanced approach in each employee’s development, not just ‘what’ but ‘how’ they think, feel and act in their respective portfolios keeping the holistic progress of the company in mind.
  • We have accordingly evolved a PEDA (Performance Evaluation and Development Appraisal) approach to orientation and alignment, an exercise that is known to be encouraging, empowering and motivating.
  • This is a methodology we adopt to identify the development needs of our people in the context of their Competencies vis-à-vis their job profile and Behaviour. We then assess this in the back drop of Alignment to organizational goals. What results is clarity in mutual expectations, targets and more importantly of what is not acceptable. The process evolves our people strength towards the delight of our Customers.

We therefore put in our best efforts to track contributions in a sincere manner and empower each head of department to come forward with recommendations for recognition.
